1. The service
CeibaInk provides software for discovering tattoo businesses/artists, managing profiles, requesting and coordinating appointments, team/business self-service, reviews, support and subscription features. Tattoo services themselves are provided by the independent business or professional, not by CeibaInk.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use the account only for lawful purposes. CeibaInk may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, security attacks or serious violations of these terms.
3. Business self-service
Users may publish or claim a business through CeibaInk's verification flow. You must have a legitimate relationship with any business you create or claim. Business owners/managers are responsible for the team members they invite and for the accuracy of business information.
4. Invitations and permissions
Authorized business users may invite team members. The invited person chooses whether to accept or reject the invitation. Permissions are limited by the role assigned in CeibaInk.
5. User content
You keep responsibility for content you submit, including business photos, portfolio work, reviews and messages. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish that content and must not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive material.
6. Bookings and payments
Appointment details are agreed between the client and tattoo professional/business. CeibaInk subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Provider terms may also apply.
7. Advertising and plans
Some CeibaInk plans may include advertising and others may remove it. Ad availability can depend on consent, geography, provider eligibility and technical availability.
8. Availability and changes
CeibaInk may update features, security controls and these terms as the service evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

1. El servicio
CeibaInk ofrece software para descubrir negocios/tatuadores, gestionar perfiles, solicitar y coordinar citas, autogestionar negocios/equipos, publicar reseñas, recibir soporte y utilizar funciones de suscripción. El servicio de tatuaje lo presta el profesional o negocio independiente, no CeibaInk.
2. Cuentas
Debes proporcionar datos correctos, proteger tus credenciales y utilizar la cuenta de forma lícita. CeibaInk puede limitar o suspender cuentas relacionadas con fraude, abuso, suplantación, ataques de seguridad o incumplimientos graves.
3. Autogestión del negocio
Los usuarios pueden publicar o reclamar un negocio mediante el flujo de verificación de CeibaInk. Debes tener una relación legítima con cualquier negocio que crees o reclames. Propietarios/managers responden por los integrantes que inviten y por la exactitud de la información comercial.
4. Invitaciones y permisos
Los usuarios autorizados del negocio pueden invitar integrantes. La persona invitada decide si acepta o rechaza. Los permisos quedan limitados por el rol asignado dentro de CeibaInk.
5. Contenido del usuario
Eres responsable del contenido que envías, incluidas fotos del negocio, portafolio, reseñas y mensajes. Debes contar con los derechos y permisos necesarios y no publicar material ilícito, engañoso, infractor o abusivo.
6. Citas y pagos
Los detalles de una cita se acuerdan entre cliente y profesional/negocio. Las suscripciones de CeibaInk pueden ser procesadas por proveedores de pago externos y también pueden aplicar sus condiciones.
7. Publicidad y planes
Algunos planes pueden incluir publicidad y otros eliminarla. La disponibilidad de anuncios puede depender del consentimiento, país, elegibilidad del proveedor y disponibilidad técnica.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios
CeibaInk puede actualizar funciones, controles de seguridad y estas condiciones. Se realizan esfuerzos razonables para mantener el servicio, pero no se garantiza disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
9. Derechos obligatorios
Estas condiciones no eliminan derechos de consumo, privacidad u otros que la ley aplicable no permita renunciar.
